the staff were polite , and the location allowed for relaxation.

i found the service to be lacking compared to other hotels i have visited , and the absence of a shuttle service was inconvenient. the need to rely on infrequent bus routes or taxis added unnecessary stress to travel plans. the temperature in the room was also too cold , it remained at 18 degrees despite adjustments , which wasn't comfortable.

the corridors light was a bit dim.

i really enjoyed my stay! the hotel is beautiful from the outside! lina and jenny were so patient and professional! i want to come back with my friends soon! the location is super, so close to the beach.

the pool service was super slow. i got lots of flea bites. i wanted a king room since i paid for it but they gave me a double bed room instead.

the complimentary shuttle service to the casinos proved very convenient. the lobby attendant bien offered helpful assistance, streamlining my arrival and departure processes. he consistently provided friendly service. i found that the service created a cute atmosphere.

i found that the stairs down to the club area were not well kept and needed attention. some sun beds lacked cushions, and i observed bird droppings on some surfaces. there was no convenient shop for purchasing snacks or necessities.
